Virtual-card provider directory
The Chinese source lists UeePay, UKbao and Cospay. Its fee figures refer to older source material and have not been independently reverified for this English adaptation. Check each provider’s current terms rather than treating historical figures as a current quotation.
| Provider | What to verify |
|---|---|
| UeePay | Issuance and funding fees, supported currencies and merchants, minimum funding, regional eligibility and identity verification. |
| UKbao | Base fees versus membership benefits, membership cost and duration, refund and withdrawal rules. |
| Cospay | Base and membership pricing, card closure, unused balances, failed transactions and dispute handling. |
Include membership costs when comparing total spend. Card branding or a BIN does not establish guaranteed merchant acceptance. Keep only funds needed for your intended activity and retain transaction records. External provider pages may use their own language settings.
