When comparing virtual-card providers, the issuance fee is only one part of total cost. For recurring subscriptions, advertising or team use, compare funding fees, number of cards, membership charges, transfers, refunds and failed-transaction costs.

The examples below use the units and rates recorded on the source date. “U” is the provider’s displayed pricing unit and is not a promise about any fiat currency. The calculations exclude exchange-rate and network costs.

Important: These are calculation examples, not payment-success rankings or guarantees of safety, compliance or continued availability.

Basic fee comparison

Provider Base issuance Base funding fee Membership note
UeePay 1 U/card 1% Recorded base rate was 1%
UKbao 2 U/card 2% Displayed membership option could reduce the rate to 1 U/card and 1%
Cospay 3 U/card 3% Displayed membership option could reduce the rate to 1 U/card and 1.5%

Simple cost examples

For a card funded with 100 U, a simple example is:

Total example cost = issuance fee + funding amount × funding rate + membership cost allocation.

Using a 1% funding rate adds 1 U before any issuance or membership cost. A 2% rate adds 2 U, and a 3% rate adds 3 U. These figures illustrate the formula only; they are not current quotes or a prediction of the final amount.
